Everything you approved is in the studio’s code, in pull request #3, on top of PR #2. Below: each “before” next to the real screen it became. They come from a private copy of the server’s data with test providers, so the takes are test slates and nothing was spent. On your go, PR #3 was merged and put on the studio at 06:52 UTC; the screens are the same there.

What changed, in one line each
From a form you fill to a video you look at
01Storyboard, two buttonsDraft everything (≈ $0.50 for Creator Proof) and Make final (only the ♥ shots), each priced as a whole and confirmed once.
02Our footage is never generatedThe game screen and sign-up shots have no model and no price: Creator Proof’s final goes from ≈ $4.78 to ≈ $0.68.
03What's nextThe home page leads with what blocks the next video and whose turn each one is; the budget is in dollars; Settings holds the rest.
04Market firstA new video is one page; the market fills the greeting, sign-off, street, terms and voice.
05Review on the phoneSend it to the other person; they keep, ask for redos and leave notes at a second. Pings once a bot is set up.
06–08Format checklist, plain words, one studio“Can we make it?” beside every format; example, recipe, video, “Shot 1”; drafts inside a recipe instead of private spaces.
Before → built, one change at a time
Tap a picture to see it whole. Example frames are grey on purpose (the examples are private). The “Teammate” is a test account in the copy only.
01A storyboard for each video, one draft run, one final runEvery shot as a 9:16 card with a ♥ on the take, our-footage slots, one bar with the next step and its price, the phone preview of the draft cut.+

Nine price-and-confirm forms, 4,600 px tall; music in another tab.
Builtthe real screen, PR #3
The storyboard after a draft run (test takes): 2 takes kept, 3 slots wait for our clips, a review is out, a note pinned at 0:12. “Make final: 2 kept shots ≈ $0.36” and “Redo the 2 without a ♥”.
How the runs work
The dialog prices every piece through the same routing as before (KIE, or the Higgsfield plan when KIE is short), against one balance, and shows the total and what is left. One confirm starts all of it.
Draft everything for Creator Proof: music, 8 voice lines, the host portrait, 4 presenter drafts and the end card: 15 pieces, ≈ $0.50 at list prices.
Presenter shots wait for the portrait and their voice line; our-footage shots are never in a run.
Also
Shot settings, the timeline to the millisecond and the history moved behind Advanced.
Fixed on the way: a job was marked done a moment before its take was saved, so a run could end before its last card filled.
02Our footage is never generatedShots of the real game and the sign-up screen have no model and no price; a footage library fills them.+
Beforethe studio at PR #2
Shot 2 said “UPLOAD, do not generate” but offered Seedance and a generate button: $4.10 of Creator Proof’s $4.78 final went to drawing the game.
Builtthe real screen, PR #3
The footage library: upload once, every video uses it; it lists what each recipe needs. On a video those shots are striped “Drop our clip” slots, and generating them is refused.
Creator Proof final: ≈ $4.78 → ≈ $0.68. The library is empty: the first thing to add is a 30–60 s CoinPusher screen recording. The studio still cannot put a recording onto a generated phone screen; those inserts are made outside the studio and dropped in.
03Home tells you what's nextBlockers first, then each video with whose turn it is; the budget in dollars; one Settings page.+

“What's next”: upload our footage (blocks 4 shots), pick the first market, your turn on Creator Proof · Nigeria. Videos with whose turn; formats with what each needs; activity in plain words. Budget ≈ $ in the menu, To review count.

Settings: what is left on KIE and the Higgsfield plan, this month’s spend, the markets, the two of you and invites, pings, and the long list of models behind one link.
04New video on one page, market firstRecipes made from our examples first with their prices; the market fills the local words, the voice and the terms.+
Beforethe studio at PR #2
Two steps, ten fields of grey examples, no market, “Create production”.

One page: Creator Proof (≈ $0.50 drafts, ≈ $0.68 final, 3 inserts from our footage) and Street Booth; Nigeria fills “Hey Lagos”, “Oya, try am.”, the terms and the payment methods; operator offer or CoinPusher only; “Create the video” is free.
The six markets’ words, terms and payment methods are starting values, marked “not checked yet” until someone who knows the market checks them in Settings. For Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Uzbekistan the page warns that the voice lines are still in English.
05Review on the phone, between the two of youSend for review; the other person keeps, asks for redos and leaves notes from a phone; pings.+

On a phone: menus, “HARNESS V2”, chips; the takes several screens down.
Builtthe real screen, PR #3
The review page on a phone (390 px): the take full screen, keep / redo / note, the strip of all eight shots, “Done reviewing”. A redo request spends nothing: the maker’s next priced redo run makes it.

The teammate’s To review list (a test account in the copy): “Your turn · review the takes”. The asker sees “Waiting for X’s review”, then “X reviewed it”.
Pings (Telegram or Slack) go out when drafts are in, a review is asked for or done, and a cut is exported. They are built but off: the server needs a bot and chat, or a Slack webhook.
06Format page: “Can we make it with CoinPusher?”A checklist beside the title, four tabs, no example ids.+

Video, Sound, Cut & export, Rate for the recipe; Advanced holds shot settings, the timeline (its numbers folded under “Fine-tune the cut”, with plain labels) and History in words with what each job cost.
08One studio for the two of youNo private spaces; “Try a change” makes a draft version inside the recipe.+

Builtthe real screen, PR #3
A draft version on the recipe page: “Try it in a video”, “Change its workflow”, “Make it the main version”. The main version lists its drafts. The assistant only ever saves drafts; making one main needs your ask.
What needs you
Sign the Higgsfield plan in on the studio serverThe budget shows KIE ≈ $200 and “Higgsfield plan offline”: the Higgsfield command-line tool on the studio’s server was never signed in (it was like that before today). Until it is, every job runs on KIE. One sign-in as bohdan.pytaichuk@gmail.com fixes it.
Upload the CoinPusher footageA 30–60 s screen recording of the game, the sign-up screen, the logo and key art. Four inserts across the two recipes wait for them.
Pick the first market, and check its wordsOn the home page or in Settings. The words, terms and payment methods of every market are starting values until someone who knows the market checks them.
PingsA Telegram bot and the chat to post in, or a Slack webhook, set once on the server. Until then the home page and the To review count carry the same information.
Invite your teammateSettings → The two of you → Make an invite link.
What I did not check
A real paid run. The draft and final runs were exercised only with test providers; no KIE or Higgsfield generation was started, so real timings and real bills are unknown.
Signed in as you on the live studio. I don’t have your password, so I checked the live pages on a throwaway copy of its database on the server (16 pages, no errors), and the public sign-in page itself.
A real phone. The review page was checked in a browser at phone size (390 × 844), not on a device.
Screen-replace. Putting our recording onto a generated phone screen is still not in the studio.
