How a video is made, step by step, not just a model name
You asked to see the whole pipeline: start frames, video references, the way we did it in LevchykUGS. It is now how the studio really makes a video, and every screen that talks about making one shows it: what goes into each step, which exact model makes it, how many, and the price. Also in this batch is your earlier feedback: Our games instead of Our footage, no To review, and the assistant on the screen's edge.

The pipeline, as LevchykUGS does it
Cast & set → start frames → motion → ♥ → final
1Cast & set, once per videoOne picture of each person and the set (the booth host, the passer-by, the booth) on Nano Banana 2, $0.04 each. Every shot that shows them uses them, so faces and set stay the same. A real photo can replace any of them.
2A start frame per shotMade from the cast & set pictures in that shot, plus the game's logo and key art from Our games when the shot names the game. $0.04 each. “Frames first” makes only these, so you can check them before any motion is paid for.
3Motion: from the frame, or with a video referenceA 480p draft (Seedance 2 Mini) starts on the frame. Or it takes the frame plus a motion clip as references: the game's own gameplay recording, or a clip one of you films. Or it copies a person's movement onto the frame with Kling 3.0 Motion Control.
4♥, then the final from the same frameOnly the shots you keep are made again at 720p (Seedance 2.5), from the same frame and clip. Presenter shots lipsync their own start frame (the creator in the place), not a plain portrait.
The real screens
From a private copy of the studio with test providers: the pictures and takes are grey or green test slates (“MOCK TAKE”), and nothing was spent. The prices are KIE's real list prices. “Demo game” stands in for one of our games: its logo and gameplay clip are test images I made. Tap a picture to see it whole.

PipelineStreet Booth · How it's made
Once per video: cast & set, and the game (logo, key art, recordings: free). Every shot: start frame → motion draft → ♥ → final, each with IN and OUT, its model, the price, and where it goes if its account runs out. Then end card, the game's shots, sound and finish.
Pipelinethe build program and shot by shot
The build program: 01 cast & set pictures … 07 the game's shots, the draft run $0.99; ♥; 08 finals, 09 cut and render, the final run $7.82. Shot by shot, shot 3 (the coin drop) takes its frame + the game's gameplay recording as a motion reference; each shot's motion can be changed here.
03On a video: the cast, the frames, then the motionThe storyboard shows the cast & set strip and each card's start frame; the run dialog lists every piece by step with what goes into it.+
Videobefore any run
Cast & set “made first, with the drafts”; each card says what its start frame will be made from, and how it moves (“+ ‘big push’ as motion” on the coin drop). Two buttons: Frames first, and Draft everything.
VideoDraft everything: the price first
1 · Cast & set (3 · $0.12), 2 · Start frames (6 · $0.24, each “made from Passer-by, Booth host, The booth and the game's logo”), 3 · Motion, end card, sound. About $0.99 for 25 pieces, one confirm.
Videoafter Frames first (test pictures)
The 3 cast & set pictures and 6 start frames are in (test slates), the end card too; no motion paid yet. Each picture can be replaced with a photo or made again.
Videoafter the drafts, 3 kept
Every shot drafted from its start frame, music and 8 voice lines in; 3 takes kept with ♥. Make final starts them again from the same frames.
04Change a shot's frame or motion on one videoShot settings: the start frame (yours or made), what it is made from, its words, and what its motion follows.+
Shot settingsthe coin drop
1 · Start frame: The booth + the game's logo, Nano Banana 2; “Use my own picture”, “New frame with the next redo”. 2 · Motion: + the game's gameplay recording as a motion reference, which recording, or add a clip. “Now: the start frame + ‘big push’ as the motion reference (Seedance takes up to 15 s of it).”
Recipepresenter shots
Creator Proof: cast (the creator) → 4 start frames → 4 lipsynced on InfiniteTalk 480p → ♥ → Kling AI Avatar 720p; the 3 game shots come from its recordings. A draft ≈ $0.61.
05Your earlier feedback: Our games, Videos, the assistant on the edge“Our footage” is gone; each of our games holds its links and recordings. “To review” is gone; Videos lets you watch, keep and give feedback. The assistant is a tab on the screen's edge.+
Our gamesthe list
Our games, each with its links and recordings (gameplay, sign-up screen, logo, key art). Coin pusher is just a category; there is no CoinPusher game in the studio any more.
Our gamesone game
Add recordings by kind; the game's videos; what the recipes need from it.
Videoswatch, keep, feedback
Every video we made: watch the takes, ♥ keep the ones we like, rate and say what works; the notes also go to the recipe.
Homethe assistant on the edge
The menu is Home, Formats, Videos, Our games. The assistant is the tab on the right edge, opening this panel on any page.
Watcha phone, 390 px
Each take full screen with keep / redo / note; the line under it now says how it was made: “draft · KIE · Seedance 2.0 Mini · from its start frame”.

What needs you
Say “merge and deploy” when you're happyThe pipeline and the Our games / Videos batch are in pull request #4, not on the live studio yet. The live studio has no videos yet, and its two recipes follow the new versions on deploy.
Sign in to Higgsfield on the studio serverStill open from before: until the Higgsfield plan is signed in, every step runs on KIE. I'll start the sign-in again when you're ready and you paste back the link it gives you.
Can a moment of an example be a motion reference?LevchykUGS sends clips cut from the original video as motion references. Here the examples are private study material, and sending a cut to KIE uploads it to their servers. So I left this out. Say yes and I'll add “copy the motion of example X at 12–15 s” per shot.
Add our real gamesTheir logo and key art go into every start frame that shows the game; their gameplay recordings fill the game's shots and can drive motion (as in the coin drop).
What I did not check
Real output. No paid run: the chain was run with test providers only. The test checks the exact request each model would get (for example, the coin drop sends Seedance its start frame and the booth as reference pictures, and the game's clip as a reference video, with no first frame). How good real Seedance reference output is, I haven't seen.
Higgsfield with references. The plan's models take a start frame but not references in the studio; shots with a motion clip run on KIE only.
Flaky tests on a busy machine. Under heavy load ffmpeg sometimes could not start (out of threads or processes), which failed a test now and then. ffmpeg and the measuring tool now retry those errors; the last runs all passed.
